Please clean aircon

It is quite and private. Not too busy or noisy area

The aircon doesn't work well and not cold at all. The soap and shampoo have to sensor and it is kinda annoying.

Very cool design, rooms have also a small leaving room.

Very cool design, rooms have also a small leaving room. You have 2 Tvs and 2 ACs in each room. Beautiful garden and pool, underground parking. Clean and nice smelling

The restaurant seems closed. No soap or shampoo, everyhing was empty, no refill even they cleaned every day the room. Plastic flip flops available, but re-used from other customers

The hotel was lovely and clean.

The hotel was lovely and clean. The decor was really cool and interesting. The staff was fabulous.

The bed was low and hard. The hotel was far from town, in the middle of the highway. Couldn't walk anywhere needed to take cab. Otherwise it was great!

Location is good Many parking lot very quiet staff are nice.

There is a basin in the sitting room without a bolt with bad smell coming out. I need to cover it with a glass. Only Thai TV Channel...

Very sad I booked this hotel.

Clean room-nice amenities, but had to ask for bathrobe which was included in the room description.

The hotel looked and felt abandoned in my building--some construction/messes. All of the plants around the pool were dead to a crisp. One of the jacuzzis was "out of order" and the other one didn't have any water in it. Pool area only had 3 chairs and no towels. DOES NOT LOOK LIKE PHOTOS.

Wanted to check out as soon as I checked in and would have if it hadn't meant losing all of my money

The room was a decent size and serviced daily. The reception staff were friendly.

The location was a real downside. When I read reviews that it was 2 miles out if town it didn't seem that far away but it was on the superhighway, and tuk tuk/songthaew drivers never knew where the hotel was (even when showed the address in Thai) and were really reluctant to drive us there, which at the end of the day was a real pain. The hotel itself was also very basic. The rooms were spacious and comfortable but the rest of the facilities were very basic. Breakfast had very few choices and kept changing location and the pool whilst open wasn't very clean.

Good experience

Décoration, cleaned and gentleness of people.

The automatic soap provider was broken and in the shower was really slow. Lift was full of moskitos, even killed one tiger moskitos, really dangerous. But people were super nice. We asked for a place where to buy water and the recepcionista gave us 2 more bottles free. Also would be nice if they inform at arrival that they rent bicycles. We didn't know until leave. Super clean, super nice decorated, silence and confortable. A bit far from center but was OK.

Clean and good staff.

1. Very good receptionist. 2. good staff in Breakfast room. 3. Safety.

1. Auto soap and shampoo feeder did not operate well, it was very small volume fed out and sometimes not be functioned. 2. Breakfast is not enough variety foods. 3. Staff. at. Breakfast room look too busy, they had to fried an egg and keep cleaning in area / spoon/ dish. The manager should add more staff. 4. No telephone and coffee in room (should be add more bar desk)

Great place and central

The staff were great. Always helpful, friendly and available 24/7

The hotel was clean and everything was great. The only complaint I have is that the bed is extremely hard. If you like concrete hard beds no problem but I couldn't sleep well. However, the staff were very accommodating and gave me extra blankets to cover the mattress.

This hotel is new with clean big room and clean bathroom.

This hotel is new with clean big room and clean bathroom. Bed, pillow and blanket are comfortable. Shower gel and shampoo are available in the bathroom.

Few choices of breakfast. Location is not easily accessible by public transport, recommended only if you have car. No minimart around the hotel. Wifi signal is good but the login system needs improvement.

The stuff is helpful starting from the security on the parking. All are smiling,kind and positive.The room was so clean and fresh that it was even a feeling that we are the fist guests :) towels and other things for shower are also included. It was a real pleasure to stay in such a good hotel.

- Friendly staff! - Great view from the rooms and also rooftop - Two well equipped gyms with great view also - Perfect location, nice neighbourhood and cheap transfer to city center - Great breakfast! Also we had lunchboxes packed on check out day - Awesome pool, great to chill after wjole day - I love this place and recommend it strongly to anyone visit Chiang Mai
